For last two weeks we are working on building our background knowledge to perform transformation lab. We have covered “Structure of DNA” and few days back started “Genetic Engineering”. So far we have done class discussions, DNA model making, transcription & translation paper lab, group summarizing and presentation etc.
At the same time I am working on lab preparation and collecting needed material . This will be an ongoing process till we finish this lab. Every week I spent about two hours in lab prep as there is so much to do!
